These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the winspire platform and all associated services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
By accessing, registering, or using the winspire platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with winspire's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the winspire platform and not proceed with registration.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator. Your continued use of winspire after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Access to and use of winspire is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:
Age Verification: winspire reserves the right to request government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID) to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any bonus funds.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on winspire. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at all times thereafter. You must promptly update your account information whenever it changes. winspire accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winspire login credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify winspire immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account. winspire support staff will never ask for your password.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC). winspire is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a specified period may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. winspire reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. winspire accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. Specific transaction limits may apply per payment method.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are credited to the Player's winspire wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by winspire on a continuous 24/7 basis. GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. winspire reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or trigger anti-money laundering screening requirements.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player must have completed KYC verification. Funds credited as bonuses are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. winspire reserves the right to defer or reject a withdrawal request if there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.5 Currency. All Player funds on winspire are held and processed in Philippine Pesos. winspire does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
6.1 winspire offers promotional bonuses to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 winspire reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to another Player.
6.3 Players who winspire determines to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to irregular betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusive play — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
6.4 Deposits made via certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific bonus offers. Eligibility is indicated in the terms of each individual promotion.
7.1 All bets placed on winspire are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — live casino, slots, bingo, or sports betting — as published within the respective game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting the outcome of a game or the calculation of winnings, winspire reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account. No claim shall lie against winspire in respect of any loss arising from a system malfunction.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Applicable minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. winspire reserves the right to amend betting limits at any time.
7.4 Void Bets. winspire reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed using exploited odds errors. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be returned to their wallet.

11.2 winspire's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's winspire account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 winspire makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the winspire platform, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players are encouraged to contact winspire support in the first instance to resolve any disputes informally. winspire will endeavour to resolve all genuine Player disputes promptly and fairly.
winspire reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Your continued use of the winspire platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining funds before the effective date.
